We serve a God that picks us from the worst and uplifts us. We serve a God like no other. With him our lives are protected. When we walk by the Word of God we will walk with our heads high. The Bible says that the Lord is the lifter of our head. Our God is capable of doing everything
Psalm 146:8
the Lord gives sight to the blind, the Lord lifts up those who are bowed down, the Lord loves the righteous.
God is into the “Uplifting Business”. We must testify to the goodness of God in our lives. Today if you are in a difficult situation, if you are in debt you know where to go! To the one who’s in the “Uplifting Business”! If you feel your life is stuck and you aren’t able to move on in life and feel miserable about yourself then turn to God for he has all the answers and all the solutions. He lifts those who are bowed down and the ones who are righteous!
Luke 13:10-16
Jesus Heals a Crippled Woman on the Sabbath
On a Sabbath Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues, and a woman was there who had been crippled by a spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not straighten up at all. When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said to her, “Woman, you are set free from your infirmity.” Then he put his hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and praised God.
Then should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has kept bound for eighteen long years, be set free on the Sabbath day from what bound her?”
The lady was held captive by the devil. She had her head bowed down to him. The devil does not want any of us to walk with our heads held high. When she turned to God she was set free. The God who did that for her will do the same for you! All you need to do is to turn to Him and you will see how He lifts your head high.
Testimony:
Rajni, had a hernia for 5 years. Her stomach was like a pregnant woman. The doctors said that the condition was cancerous which left her with fear of death. One fine day when she was watching a Blessing Today episode she felt God speaking through the verse “ Do not be afraid for I am with you” and with this verse she left behind the fear of death and she was healed!
