Forms Of Satanic Worship
You cannot do a good thing in a bad way and you should not do the right thing in a wrong way. We must do the good thing in the right way. Many people worship false gods and many others worship the true God in the wrong manner. We must worship the True and Living God in spirit and in truth. Our goal and path of worship should be right. It’s the duty of the human spirit to worship God.
Lucifer, who was an anointed guardian cherub began to desire for himself the glory and honor that belonged to God alone. For this reason, he was cast out of God’s heavenly government and his place of authority. And since then, his scheme has been to make the holy place unholy through unholy worship.
Revelation 13:14-18
Because of the signs it was given power to perform on behalf of the first beast, it deceived the inhabitants of the earth. It ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. The second beast was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed. It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666.
Do not be afraid of the number or the beast or what is to come for we who have received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior have been sealed by the Holy Spirit for the day of redemption. (Ephesians 4:30)
For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. Churches should never dare to do the opposite of what is instructed by God. As the return of our Lord is nearing day by day, it is essential that we raise true worship from the face of Earth, which is a counter to the schemes of the devil.
Revelation 14:9-12
A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives its mark on their forehead or on their hand, they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever. There will be no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and its image, or for anyone who receives the mark of its name.” This calls for patient endurance on the part of the people of God who keep his commands and remain faithful to Jesus.
We see strong judgement of God against Satanic worship throughout the Scriptures. We need not know the depths of Satan, but we must know the depths of God.
1 Corinthians 2:11
For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
Satanic worship manifests in various ways - direct and indirect ways.
Direct worship of Satan includes rituals and ceremonies designed to honour Satan explicitly. Through rebellion against God and God’s authority, they want to glorify the evil and the evil one.
Indirect worship to Satan is through idolatry because it is a dead worship. God’s worship is a living worship.
Exodus 20:3-6
You shall have no other gods before me. “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.
Make it your decision to worship God in spirit and in truth. May the Holy Spirit help you to remain in this revelation and glorify God through your life. Amen! God bless you!
