The Chariots Of Joseph
The infinite Lord has come to our finite mind. As it is said in the scriptures “I will give my Spirit to all”.
Ephesians 1:17-18
17 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit[a] of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. 18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people
Paul’s Prayer
Let the eyes of understanding be opened in each of us.
God has given each of us a value. We are very important to him.
He values us so much.
In the Old Testament, Israel more than 30 lakh people had no permanent homes.
They lived in camps in a certain order, each camp having their own flags and so on.
As the cloud moved they shifted.
One tent was different, God’s tent.
Moses got the plan on how it should be architected.
The Lord lived in this tent. Inside the tent, in the Mercy seat God's glorified presence was present.
The Lord was dwelling in that tent.
In the New testament, this tent is our body. We are the temple of the Lord, the spirit whom we received dwells in our tent.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
Honor the Lord your God.
This tent, our bodies are also temporary.
We are all bought by our Lord.
We should be valuing that with utmost importance.
By not going to places that are bad, not seeing the things that are not clean, monitoring what you are hearing as well as eating and drinking.
We must use our bodies for praying, serving and worshiping the Lord thereby giving honor and value to him.
When Jesus was crucified , our sins were forgiven.
When Jesus was resurrected, we got a new life.
When Jesus was glorified, we got the Holy spirit
The spiritual impartation happened when Jesus was seated on the throne in heaven.
It is a matter of honor and value we have to give to Lord Jesus.
Acts 2:32-36
32 God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses of it. 33 Exalted to the right hand of God, he has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear. 34 For David did not ascend to heaven, and yet he said,
“‘The Lord said to my Lord:
“Sit at my right hand
35 until I make your enemies
a footstool for your feet.”’[a]
36 “Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Messiah.”
A lot of people believe Jesus was killed and he died, the same way Jacob thought his son Joseph was killed and never returned.
Joseph was alive and returned with all
the magnificence.
Jesus has imparted his spirit in us during his Glorification in Heaven.
