Going Through The Road Of Blessings

We are discussing the highest blessing God gave Abraham .In Genesis chapter 14 we read and studied the three highest  blessings that were poured on Abraham. 
  • The heavenly blessings
  • The earthly blessings
  • Victory 

We should know all these blessings have reached us through Jesus. When the Holy Spirit came we all became co heirs in Christ.We must recognize these blessings and receive them else we will not get our deserved blessings.All who walk in righteousness will never go without any blessings.All young lions who seek God will never go without any blessings.
The sense of failure should leave us and we should stay close to Jesus. He will make you a victory just as he won on the cross of calvary for us and also in the wilderness. Jesus did all this for us and is all the time presenting our cases in front of the heavenly council.He is always meditating for us.

Genesis 22:16-18
and said, “I swear by myself, declares the Lord, that because you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son, 17 I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore.Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies, 18 and through your offspring[a] all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me.

 The path of obedience is the road to blessings
Abraham received all his blessings due to this obedience.The numerous blessings that Abraham received was because of his obedience to God.One of the blessings Abraham received was that of Issac, his son born after 25 years . Issac was studied as a shadow of Jesus mainly because he brought  joy and laughter just like Issac when he was born.When Issac grew up God told Abraham to sacrifice his son which Abraham  obeyed and because of his obedience God blessed him in abundance. He was blessed with many offspring and all nations will be blessed.
  • Jesus is the offspring 
  • Abraham children even we are included in it,up to Genesis chapter 22 we see many packages of Abraham.
Genesis 24:1-2
We see the saturation of God's blessings.

  1. Blessings come in response to Abraham's response or obedience. Also in our lives everything will depend on our obedience to God's command. 
  2. Blessings will make Abraham's descendants as numerous as stars in the sky.
  3. Abraham's children will fake possession of cities of their enemies.
  4. Through Abraham's offspring Jesus and we were blessed.Isaac is  a descendant of Christ  and Jesus is the Savior of all nations as prophet Isaiah  prophesied and through him all nations will be blessed . We can see many prominent positions in the world are held by Jews and also Nobel prize winners .
  5. Abrahamic blessings cover all areas of life.
Genesis 24:1
Abraham was now very old, and the Lord had blessed him in every way.

 Receive this, we all have Abrahamic blessings in all areas of our lives so we all will be blessed. Why make it lapse? Hope we all walk in obedience to go on the road to blessings hence be showered by all blessings we deserve through Abrahamic  blessings.
