The Abrahamic Blessings: Part 2

We are studying the blessings God poured on Abraham as whatever God blessed Abraham has connection with all human beings. This blessing is known as the Abrahamic blessings.
The Lord said' through you Abraham all the rest will receive blessings.Everyone on earth will be blessed because of you

Genesis 12: 1-3
The Lord said to Abram:
Leave your country, your family, and your relatives and go to the land that I will show you. 2 I will bless you and make your descendants into a great nation. You will become famous and be a blessing to others. 3 I will bless those who bless you, but I will put a curse on anyone who puts a curse on you. Everyone on earth will be blessed because of you

Abraham was unique as he was very obedient to God. Blessings come through obedience to God and having ultimate faith.

God gives Abraham blessings in seven phases.

• I will make you a great nation.
• I will bless you
• I will make your name great
• You will be a blessing 
• I will bless those who will bless you
• Whoever curses you I will curse them 
• Everyone on earth will be blessed through you.

The prophetic message that everyone will blessed through Abraham is still applicable to us now living because Abraham is the Father  of believer

Genesis 13 :14-17
The Lord said to Abram after Lot had parted from him, “Look around from where you are, to the north and south, to the east and west.

God told Abraham to look to North  and South to the east and west to bless Abraham  with enlargement of his tribe.

Genesis 13:15-16
 15 All the land that you see I will give to you and your offspring forever.
16 I will make your offspring like the dust of the earth, so that if anyone could count the dust, then your offspring could be counted

This is how God blessed Abraham with offspring and many generations. Similarly God will bless you with many generations.

Genesis 13:15-16
17 Go, walk through the length and breadth of the land,for I am giving it to you.”
This is a blessing of enlargement blessing God  blessed Abraham with.
We all will be blessed through many others and we all should take all prophetic messages into heart and accept them.

Just an overview of the chapters of Genesis.  The chapters 1 to 11 are mainly of the prehistoric era. Then chapters 12 starts with one individual then grows to one nation which is Israel then to our redemption.  Chapter 12 is a big turning point.
When we respond to God's call it is history making and turning point in life. If you have not responded to God's call then do it now.

Genesis 14:11-12
The four kings seized all the goods of Sodom and Gomorrah and all their food; then they went away. 12 They also carried off Abram’s nephew Lot and his possessions, since he was living in Sodom

Genesis 14:14- 16
When Abram heard that his relative had been taken captive, he called out the 318 trained  men born in his household and went in pursuit as far as Dan.15 During the night Abram divided his men to attack them and he routed them, pursuing them as far as Hobah, north of Damascus. 16 He recovered all the goods and brought back his relative Lot and his possessions, together with the women and the other people.

Abrahamic blessings have the power to redeem what the enemy has stolen.Anything Satan has taken anything from your life please focus on redeeming it.

Proverbs 6:31
But if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold; he shall give all the substance of his house

God has given us seven times what we have lost.

Proverbs 24:1-6
for though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again,
    but the wicked stumble when calamity 

Always proclaim to yourself that you will rise.We all have that inherent capacity to come back from all setbacks. God will restore all we have lost.
