My Total Salvation
We are going to focus on something’s that are not usually taught about. We need to learn about all of this to upgrade in life.
1) Facts / truth
2) Faith
3) Feelings
Many people have blind and distorted faith, when one sees a bright path it attracts them but the appearance of the way can be deceiving.
Our decisions must be based upon Facts and not feelings.
Our decisions must be based on Gods word.
We humans are sinners, by birth.
No matter how what kind of families they have been born in or what kind of family they’re related to all are born sinners.
Romans 1:1-5
1 Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle and set apart for the gospel of God 2 the gospel he promised beforehand through his prophets in the Holy Scriptures3 regarding his Son, who as to his earthly life was a descendant of David, 4 and who through the Spirit of holiness was appointed the Son of God in power by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord. 5 Through him we received grace and apostleship to call all the Gentile to the obedience that comes from faith for his name’s sake.
This verse talks about sin nature, the old man that is the sinner in us has been killed when Jesus was killed on the cross.
However there is an offer in this verse, Christ can save someone completely when they accept him.
Romans 3:21-25
The Righteousness of God Through Faith
21 But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it— 22 the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction: 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God's righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins.
The righteousness of God has been made known through this verse.
This righteousness is given in faith to those who believe in him.
This is too good to be true, that all our sins can be forgiven just by the grace of God.
The shedding of his blood must be received by faith, God presented Jesus as a sacrifice for all our sins.
This has to be received by faith and we do not need to do anything more but to trust in what God did for us.
